2.2 Should you choose to distribute the vouchers by us, the types of personal data collected by On-us regarding the receivers of the vouchers (“voucher receivers”) may include, but not limited to: 

2.2.1 The voucher receivers’ personal information and contact information such as their full name, telephone number, and email address.

2.3 The Personal Data will be handled by On-us in strict confidence according to the applicable legal provisions. The Personal Data will only be collected, processed and used for the purpose of providing our Platform functions, unless you expressly consent to other uses. The Personal Data is collected, used and processed electronically.

3.1 Unless stated otherwise, the full name, telephone number and email address of your customers will strictly be used for voucher distribution purposes. We are not liable for any damages caused by any mistakes or false information sent by you.

3.2 Your business registration document will be used for the following reasons:

3.2.2 To comply with local tax regulations and to ensure that we are properly reporting our business transactions.

3.2.3 To help us prevent fraudulent activity and protect our business from potential harm.
